広州旅行中、広州タワーを訪れ、琶洲で開催された展示会にも足を運びました。Paco Hotel Datang Metro Guangzhouに3日間滞在しました。このホテルを選んだ最大のメリットは、まるで海珠区の交通網と地元のグルメマップをポケットに入れて持ち歩いているような感覚で、貴重な移動時間を節約できたことです。
ホテルは海珠区覚徳西路匯源新街4号に位置しています。最も便利な点は交通アクセスです。広州南駅からは地下鉄7号線に乗り、3号線に乗り換えて大唐駅で下車。B出口を出て徒歩800メートルでホテルに到着します。荷物を持って海珠の古い街並みや路地を散策していると、地元のおばあちゃんたちが甘いスープを売っている屋台を見かけ、高速鉄道の疲れがたちまち癒されました。白雲空港からのアクセスも非常にスムーズです。地下鉄3号線北延伸線に乗り、3号線に乗り換えれば、所要時間は約40分。朝夕のラッシュアワーを避けることができます。

3日間の滞在中、移動に時間を費やすことはほとんどありませんでした。朝は地下鉄で珠江新城へ行き、ホテルに戻って伝統的な点心の昼食を楽しみ、タクシーで10分ほど海珠湖へ行き公園を散策し、夜は広州タワーまでゆっくりと歩いて夜景を堪能しました。電車に急いで乗ったり、遠回りしたりする必要は全くありませんでした。旅程全体を通して、ゆったりと快適に過ごせました。次回広州タワー周辺を訪れる際は、間違いなくまたここを選びます。
